NOTICE OF PERSONAL DATA BREACH OR SECURITY BREACHES.

The violation of personal data implies a breach of the security of THE COMPANY‘s information systems that causes or may cause the destruction, alteration, loss, unauthorised disclosure or access, accidental or otherwise, to personal data transmitted, stored or processed in connection with the provision of our services. In the event that the personal data that we store and/or process at THE COMPANY is compromised in any way, we will proceed to notify those affected in a timely manner, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 33 of the GDPR

These rights are highly personal and will be exercised by the interested party, with no limitations other than those provided for in the applicable legislation. However, the legal representative of the interested user may act when the user is incapacitated or a minor, making it impossible for them to exercise their rights personally. The exercise of their rights will be effective by the Data Controller within thirty days following receipt of the request. In the event that the Data Controller considers that it is not appropriate to grant the request, they will communicate this with reasons within the period indicated in this section. In cases where the cancellation of the data is appropriate, but its physical extinction is not possible, either for technical reasons or due to the computer support used, we will proceed to block the data in order to prevent its use, until its complete elimination from the information systems.

COLLECTION OF MINOR’S DATA

Our website is not intended for minors under 16 years of age. We do not intentionally collect information (including Personal Data) about children or other persons who are not legally able to use our services. When filling in free text fields, it is not permitted to enter personal information relating to personal data that reveals ethnic or racial origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data aimed at uniquely identifying a natural person, data relating to health or data relating to the sexual life or sexual orientation of a natural person, as well as personal data relating to criminal convictions and offences. If you enter any information relating to the aforementioned aspects in any of our forms or via email, it will be immediately deleted from our information systems without us being able to respond to the query made, since such data is not necessary or relevant for the purposes determined in the processing of this website.
